In Yelapa in the 1970’s, Bob Dylan used to burn wooden tables to keep the bonfire going while playing his songs to anyone who would stop and listen. Our story starts way back then, when we purchased our first home in Puerto Vallarta. Now almost 50 years later, we finally have this property management thing down to a tee.

Whether you have hired other property managers in the past or you are just now looking into it, we would love to save you some headaches with the knowledge we have accumulated over the years. “VPM Co” is a family run business of myself Margot, my husband Kevin, and my son, Alex. Together we founded and ran Majahuitas Resort for 22 years while simultaneously managing vacation rentals in California and PV. We have developed a close knit group of service providers, from electricians to carpenters, but most importantly, we understand that each person, each property is unique, and we will work with you to form a management plan or vacation that is distinctly your own.

We pride ourselves on our personal service and attention. We have actually become pretty close friends with a lot of our clients, and we would love to welcome you to our family.
